Umm Al-Qura Cement Co. will start on April 24, 2021, the electric voting on the agenda items of the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on April 28, 2021.

 

Shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation to pay cash dividend at SAR 0.40 a share, totaling SAR 22 million, for H2 2020, according to a bourse filing.
