Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. will pay cash dividend for 2020 at SAR 1 a share, as of April 28, 2021, according to a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders of record at the end of the general meeting date, April 14, 2021, and shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the general meeting date are eligible for the dividend distribution.

 

The company agreed with Riyad Bank to deposit the dividends into shareholders' current accounts at any local bank.
