Anaam International Holding Group Co. shareholders will vote on approving the board and auditor reports, as well as consolidated financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on May 24, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

They will also vote on appointing an auditor for Q2, Q3 and Q4 of 2021 and Q1 of 2022, in addition to discharging board members of liability for 2020.

 

Shareholders will vote on the agenda items as of May 20, 2021, through the Tadawulaty services.
