Saudi Tadawul Group appointed JP Morgan and Citigroup as financial advisors and coordinators for its planned initial public offering (IPO) by the end of the year.

 

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announced earlier this month its transformation into a holding group under the name of “Saudi Tadawul Group” ahead of share offering.

 

The planned IPO comes as part of Saudi Tadawul Group's strategy that targets continued growth and reinforcing its position as a global market leader, in line with the Public Investment Fund's (PIF) strateg.
