Maharah Human Resources Co.’s board of directors, in its meeting held on May 2, 2021, appointed Sulaiman Al Majid as a chairman, Abdullah Al-Amro as a vice chairman of the board and Suleiman Al Hatlan as a managing director, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

During the meeting, board members also named Nouran Alwagdani as a board secretary, and formed the nomination and remuneration committee, the executive committee, the investment committee and the audit committee, the statement added.

 

In addition, the company’s representatives in the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul were also named.
