Dallah Healthcare Co.'s shareholders will vote on delegating the board of directors to distribute interim cash dividend on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021, , during the ordinary general assembly meeting scheduled for May 24, 2021.

 

They will also approve the board and auditor reports, financial statements for 2020, as well as paying SAR 1.8 million as remuneration to board members for last year.

 

Shareholders can vote on agenda items as of May 20, 2021, through the Tadawulaty services.
