Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co.’s (Chubb Arabia) shareholders will vote on the board of directors' recommendation on withholding the distribution of cash dividend for 2020, during the annual general assembly meeting scheduled to be held on May 25, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on approving the board of directors' report, auditor's report and financial statements for 2020.

 

They will discuss the payment of SAR 3.298 million as remuneration to board members for 2020.

 

Shareholders can vote on agenda items as of May 21, 2021, through Tadawulaty services.
