Jabal Omar Development Co.'s shareholders will vote on the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated to be held on May 27, 2021.

 

Shareholders will also vote on appointing an external auditor to review financial statements for Q3 2021, and Q1 and Q2 2022.

 

They will also vote on the formation of the audit committee and set its tasks and remuneration for the new three-year term ending on June 29, 2024.

 

Shareholders can vote on agenda items as of May 23, 2021, through Tadawulaty services.
