Wafrah shareholders to vote on 2020 board, audit reports on June 1

Wafrah for Industry and Development Co.' shareholders will vote on board and audit reports as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 1, according to a bourse statement.
Shareholders will also discuss appointing an external auditor to review Q2, Q3, Q4 2021 and Q1 2022 financials, and determine the fees.
In addition, they will vote on discharging the board from liability for 2020.
