Al Akaria shareholders to vote on 2020 board, audit reports on June 20

Saudi Real Estate Co.'s (Al Akaria) shareholders will vote on board and audit reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting that will be held on June 20, according to a bourse statement.
Shareholders will also discuss appointing the external auditor to review Q2, Q3, Q4 2021 and Q1 2022 financial statements, and determine the fees.
In addition, they will vote on discharging the board from liability for 2020, as well as paying SAR 1.85 million as remuneration to board members for the same year.
