Saudi Ground Services Co.'s (SGS) shareholders will vote on approving the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), which will be held on June 3, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

They will also discuss discharging the board members from liability for 2020.

 

Shareholders will vote on the appointment of an external auditor to review the financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2021 and Q1 2022.

 

In addition, they will vote on the appointment of Fahd Cynndy (executive board member) to replace former member Omar Hariri (non-executive member), to complete the current board session ending June 5, 2022.
