Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SRMG) announced today, May 17, 2021, changing the company’s name to Saudi Research and Media Group.

 

The rebranding came after completion of all legal requirements to change the company's commercial register with concerned departments, according to a bourse filing.

 

On April 29, shareholders approved amending Article 2 of the company’s Articles of Association, on rebranding the company into Saudi Research and Media Group, Argaam reported.
