Middle East Paper Co. (MEPCO) amended the date on the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) from June 9 to June 22, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing today, May 26, 2021.

 

The company also included the voting on the board’s recommendation to freeze dividend for 2020 to the meeting agenda.

 

Earlier this month, MEPCO invited its shareholders to vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021, Argaam reported.
