stc to start e-voting for OGM tomorrow

stc will start tomorrow, May 28, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 1, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Earlier this month, the group invited its shareholders to vote on the formation of the audit committee for the next three-year term at the OGM, Argaam reported.
