AlJazira REIT Fund chairman, Walid bin Ghaith, submitted his resignation, effective today, May 31, 2021, fund manager AlJazira Capital said in a bourse filing.

 

The fund’s new board of directors comprises Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al-Hogail (member), and Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Jarallah and Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri as independent members.
