Al Gassim Investment Holding Co.’s (GACO) shareholders will vote on financial statements, and board and audit reports for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for June 27, 2021.

 

Shareholders will vote on appointing an external auditor to review financials for Q2, Q3 and 2021, and Q1 2022, and discharging board members from liability for 2020.

 

Additionally, they will discuss amending the audit committee bylaws, remuneration and nomination committee work list and remuneration policy for the board of directors and executives.
