Southern Province Cement Co. (SPCC) announced plans to build a new production line at Jazan cement factory with a capacity of 10,000 tons per day to replace the current lines.

 

Construction works are expected to begin in the second half of the year, the cement producer said in a bourse filing today, June 3, 2021.

 

More details will be announced later.

 

According to Argaam’s data, Jazan factory is SPCC’s first facility in the Southern Province. It has two production lines with a combined capacity of 6,000 tons per day.
