Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co. (Gulf General) announced that the prospectus for its SAR 300 million rights issue is now available for review by shareholders on the website of the Capital Market Authority (CMA), according to a bourse statement today, June 3, 2021.

 

The company's shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation on the capital increase, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on June 28, 2021.

 

On June 2, Gulf General unveiled the prospectus for its capital increase through offering rights issue shares worth SAR 300 million, Argaam reported.
