Shareholders of Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development Co. will vote on approving the board and auditor reports, and financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), which will be held on June 28, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

They will vote on the appointment of an external auditor to review the financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2021 and Q1 2022.

 

Moreover, shareholders will vote on absolving the members of the board from liabilities for 2020, as well approving business and contracts concluded by the company.

 

The e-voting on the agenda items will start on June 26, 2021.
