SNB shareholders to vote on raising audit committee seats on June 28

Saudi National Bank’s (SNB) shareholders will vote on increasing the number of audit committee seats from four to five, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 28.
Shareholders will vote on the appointment of Abdullah Abdulrahman Alrowais as a member of the audit committee (independent board member), effective from the OGM’s approval date, until the end of the current term on May 14, 2024.
All shareholders, who are registered on Tadawulaty can remotely vote on the agenda items starting June 24.
