Buruj shareholders to vote on withholding cash dividend on June 28

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.'s shareholders will vote on withholding cash dividend for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 28, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders will vote on financial statements as well as board and auditor reports for 2020, in addition to discharging board members from liabilities during 2020.
Meanwhile, they will vote on all other items on the meeting’s agenda, including the business contracts conducted between the company and other parties.
Shareholders can vote on the OGM agenda as of June 24, 2021, through Tadawulaty system.
