Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.’s (Ash-Sharqiyah) board of directors approved on June 13, the resignation of vice president Bandar bin Mohammed Al Mahmoud from the board and the nominations and remunerations committee.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that the resignation was submitted on June 13, citing personal reasons.
