The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced implementing securities quantity increase for Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co. into the accounts of eligible securities’ holders today, June 14, it said in a statement.

 

On June 10, the insurer’s shareholders approved a 33.3% capital hike to SAR 400 million, through bonus share distribution at 1-for-3, Argaam reported.
