Raydan Food Co. signed a franchise agreement, registered under the "Raydan" trademark, with franchise agent Golden Star Est for Ready Meals in Cairo, Egypt, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul today, June 15.

 

The contract is valued at SAR 113,000 ($30,000) in franchise fees, in addition to a percentage of 6% of total sales, the firm said, adding that the contract period is five years, subject to renewal.

 

The contract will have a positive financial impact on the company in Q4 2021.

 

There are no related parties.
