National Building and Marketing Co. (NBM) filed for transition from the parallel market to the main market to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), according to a bourse statement.

 

The company’s board of directors approved on April 12, its transition from the parallel market to the main market.

 

The company was listed on Nomu - Parallel Market on April 29, 2018, with SAR 120 million in capital, Argaam reported earlier.
