Ash-Sharqiyah names Mohammed Al Hujailan as CEO

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.’s board of directors decided today, June 20, to appoint Mohammed Bin Abdullah Al Hujailan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from Jan. 1, 2021.

Al Hujailan holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Holy Names University, California, since 1983 and has various practical experience in managing public shareholding companies, the company said in a bourse statement.

In a separate statement, the company said that its board of directors decided to appoint Mansour Al-Ghamdi as Vice Chairman.

Al-Ghamdi holds a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering and Mechanical Systems Design from King Abdulaziz University (2004) and has experience in management, the statement added.
