National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO) will begin on July 6 the distribution of 5% cash dividend for 2020, at SAR 0.5 per share, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The dividend was approved by shareholders during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 23.

 

Eligible shareholders include those who owned shares at market closing on June 22, and who were registered with Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the OGM date.
