Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.'s shareholders approved withholding dividend for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 28, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Other agenda items were also approved during the meeting, the statement added.

 

The insurer’s board of directors recommended earlier to withhold divided for 2020 to boost financial position, according to data available on Argaam.
