Kingdom Holding reappoints Prince Alwaleed as Chairman, names Lama AlSulaiman as Vice Chairperson

Kingdom Holding Co.’s board of directors reappointed Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal as Chairman and appointed Lama Abdulaziz AlSulaiman as Vice Chairperson, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

The decision came during a board meeting held on July 4.

The board also approved the formation of the investment committee, with members including Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal, Talal Ibrahaim Almaiman, Adel Abdulaziz Alabdulsalam, Nada Saleh Alateeqi, and Tamim Bassam Jabr.

The appointment of the secretary of the board was also approved during the meeting, along with the formation of the remuneration and nominations committee.

Members of the remuneration and nominations committee include Hisham Sulaiman Al Habib, Lama Abdulaziz AlSulaiman, and Reem Mohammed Assad.
