Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund saw eight negotiated deals today, July 5, where 50.1 million units were privately traded for SAR 440.9 million.
The deals represented 42.5% of the total fund’s units of 118 million.
A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price.
