AlNaqool says Riyadh land worth SAR 15.9 mln including real estate transaction tax

Mohammed Hasan AlNaqool Sons Co. purchased a land plot, located in Riyadh, for SAR 15.9 million, including the real estate transaction tax and brokerage fees, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The land plot was purchased from Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Rumaizan (non-related party).

 

Al Naqool announced on July 5, the purchase of a land plot, which spans 3,990 square meters (sqm), in Riyadh. The land plot will be used in a residential real estate project and will be developed by Al Naqool’s 100%-owned subsidiary, Deer Real Estate Co.
