AlNaqool's subsidiary obtains real estate developer qualification certificate

Mohammed Hasan AlNaqool Sons Co. announced that its wholly- owned subsidiary, Deer Real Estate Co., obtained a real estate developer qualification certificate from the Real Estate Developers Services Center (Etmam) – one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Housing – for passing the approved qualification criteria, according to a bourse filing.

 

The certificate was granted for registration and qualification to exempt real estate supplies, the firm said.

 

The step is an attempt by the company's management to obtain a real estate developer qualification certificate from the off-plan sale and lease program (Wafi), one of the Ministry of Housing programs.
