Al Kathiri Holding appoints audit committee member

Al Kathiri Holding Co.’s board of directors approved the appointment of Ahmed Al Sayegh as the new audit committee member, the company said in a bourse statement.
He replaced former audit committee member, Ashwaq Nasser Al Kathiri, who submitted his resignation on June 10, citing personal reasons.
Al Sayegh is currently the Director of the Individuals Sector for Riyadh at Saudi National Bank.
The appointment will be presented at the first general assembly meeting for approval.
