Saudi British Bank (SABB) is planning to exit Wataniya Insurance Co. to serve the best interests of its shareholders, the bank said in a bourse statement. 

 

There is no guarantee that the planned exit strategy will be completed.

 

Any transaction considered to implement the proposed strategy will be subject to all applicable corporate and regulatory approvals, SABB added.
