Kingdom Holding Co.’s shareholders will vote on the formation of the audit committee, in addition to setting their tasks, work controls and remunerations for the new three-year term, starting on Aug. 9, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled on the same day, according to a bourse filing.

 

The candidates are Khalid Abdullah Alsouhem (Chairman), Mohammed Omar Aloyaidi (member), and Reem Mohammed Asaad (member).

 

Shareholders can vote on the meeting agenda as of Aug. 5 through Tadawulaty services.
