Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.’s shareholders will start, on July 29, the electronic voting on the agenda items of the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for Aug. 2, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on the board's decision to appoint Salman Ahmed Jassas as a board member, effective June 17, until the end of the current term on July 19, 2023, in place of Bandar bin Mohammed Al Mahmoud.
