The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) deposited, today, Aug. 3, the subscribed securities of Tanmiah Food Co. into the accounts of eligible securities’ holders.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Tanmiah will start trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on Aug. 4, with the symbol 2281 and ISIN Code SA15BH1H3KH5.

 

The company offered six million shares for public subscription and 600,000 shares were allocated to individual subscribers at a price of SAR 67 per share.

 

The coverage ratio for individuals reached 1,170.48%, as the number of subscribers reached 69,598 subscribers who pumped SAR 470.53 million.
