Nama Chemical Co.'s shareholders approved the formation of audit committee, its tasks, work controls, and remuneration for the new three-year term, started Aug. 4, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held on the same date.

 

According to a bourse filing, the elected members are Fayez Al-Ahmari (independent), as well as Abdulrahman Balghunaim and Mufdhi Atnan who are members from outside the board.
