Shareholders of Thob Al Aseel Co. will vote on electing a new board of directors for the three-year term, starting from Sept. 4, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on Aug. 26.

 

Shareholders will also vote on delegating the board of directors with the OGM authority for one year from the shareholders’ approval date or until the end of the board term, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Remote voting will begin on Aug. 22, it added.
