Theeb Rent a Car Co. announced that the board of directors accepted today, Aug. 29, the resignation of Saleh Abdulrahman Al-Fadl as an independent board member and Chairman of the audit committee, citing personal reasons.

 

The resignation will be effective as of Sept. 1, the company said in a bourse filing.
