Arabian Centres shareholders to vote on interim dividends for FY2021/22 on Sept. 30

Arabian Centres Co.'s shareholders are set to vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for fiscal year ending March 31, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) to be held on Sept. 30.
The company said in a statement to Tadawul that shareholders will also vote on audited financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022.
The agenda items include the contracts concluded with related parties who have an indirect interest.
