Halwani Bros Co. shareholders will vote on electing a new board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, ending Nov. 6, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting scheduled on Oct. 13.

 

Shareholders will also vote on forming the audit committee, setting its duties, regulations and remuneration for the next three-year term ending Nov. 6, 2024.

 

E-voting on the agenda items will start as of Oct. 10 through Tadawulaty services.
