Thob Al-Aseel Co.'s board of directors approved forming the audit committee for a new term, to include Ibrahim Al Sultan as Chairman, as well as Saad Al-Mshouh and Tariq Al-Tuwaijri as members, according to a bourse filing.

 

The new term will begin from the ordinary general meeting approval date until Sept. 3, 2024.

 

The board decision will be put up for approval during the next general meeting, the statement added.
