The Ministry of Finance announced, through the National Debt Management Center, closing the September 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated sukuk program.

 

The issue size was set at SAR 6.675 billion, and the sukuk issuances were divided into three tranches as follows:

 

- The first tranche, valued at SAR 3.170 billion, maturing in 2029.

 

- The second tranche, valued at SAR 2.855 billion, maturing in 2033.
 

- The third tranche, valued at SAR 650 million, maturing in 2036.
