Theeb Rent a Car Co. announced that its board of directors approved, in a meeting held today, Sept. 15, the appointment of Haitham Tawfik Al-Foraih as an independent board member, according to a bourse filing.

 

The appointment, effective from today, is pending the approval of the upcoming general assembly meeting.

 

Al Foraih holds a Bachelors in Architectural Engineering from Tennessee State University, USA, and a Masters in Business Administration from University of Baltimore, Maryland. He has experience of over 16 years in business investment analysis and is also the co-founder and CEO of SEEDRA Ventures.
