Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Co. (Abo Moati) announced in a bourse filing that dividend at 5%, or SAR 0.5 a share, for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021, will be deposited in shareholders bank accounts, as of Oct. 5, 2021.
Shareholders approved the board's recommendation on paying cash dividend at 5%, or SAR 0.5 a share, for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Sept. 16, Argaam reported.
