Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. sold 18 land plots in Al Mohammadia Real Estate at 10,803.6 square meters to Omar Alshehri, for SAR 10.5 million plus SAR 525,000 in real estate transactions tax, according to a bourse filing.

 

The deal will be settled via certified cheques, the statement added.

 

The deal is forecast to reflect positively on the cash liquidity and the working capital.

 

There are no related parties.
