Arabian Centres Co.'s shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for fiscal year ending March 31, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on Sept. 30.

 

The company said in a statement on Tadawul that shareholders also approved audited financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022.

 

Meanwhile, they approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda including board remuneration and related party transactions.
