Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) was awarded, on Oct. 3, an operation and maintenance contract, valued at SAR 60.97 million, by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), according to a bourse filing.

 

Under the 36-month contract, AWPT will undertake the works for operation and maintenance of water treatment and wastewater treatment plants and their related services at land ports.

 

The relevant financial impact is expected to show in Q4 2021.

 

The contract included no related parties, and updates will be duly revealed, especially after receiving the final copy of the contract, the statement added.
