A factory of Hail Cement

Hail Cement Co.'s shareholders elected board members for the next three-year term, starting from Nov. 30, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting held on Oct. 3, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The new board includes Abdul Malik Khaled S. Al Rajhi, Abdul Aziz Majid Abdullah Al Qasabi, Abdul Aziz Tariq Abdullah Al Bassam, Abdullah Abdul Majeed Abdul Aziz Al Jeraiwi, Ahmed Saleem Ali Alaiwah, and Fahad Abdul Kareem Mojel Al Faraj as independent members, and Khaled Abdul Aziz Ahmed Al Ahmed as an executive member.
